Mango Boba

Tapioca flour - also known as tapioca starch




  1. Mash up your favorite mango, add tapioca flour, water and sugar. When making boba there are really no correct measurements, just add as much tapioca flour as needed to achieve a dough like texture.

  2. Knead the dough, form small equal pieces and roll them into pearls.

  3. Boil on medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes and let them sit, covered, for 12 to 15 minutes.

  4. Your boba should then be ready to be enjoyed with your favorite tea.

All that is left to do is enjoy your drink and the chewiness of the mango boba.
