Lychee-Mango Smoothie

The hot summer days are just around the corner and there’s nothing like a cold fruity drink to help you get by. If you’re in the mood for some sweet exotic refreshment, you’re in the right place. This is what you’ll need:


(Makes 4 servings)

  • 1 cup of fresh lychee

  • 1 mango (peeled and diced)

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1 cup of condensed milk

  • 1 cup of ice


  • Peel the lychees and discard the seeds.

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Serve and garnish with mango slices.

  • Enjoy!
